Commercial Vehicle Enforcement 2020

Please note that the enforcement of prohibited and commercial/utility vehicles will begin January 1, 2020. Unless a vehicle is deemed as “permitted” in the CC&Rs and new vehicle policy with exceptions, the vehicle will considered to be prohibited and the rules will be enforced. Prohibited vehicles will need to be stored inside your closed garage or offsite.

Fall 2019 Community Garage Sale

The Westridge community garage sale will be on Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th from sun up until 5 p.m., each day.

Banners and signage will be posted at the entrances the week prior and will be posted throughout the community. Please remember to keep your personal items for sale on your own driveways or yards and not in the streets or common areas.

Just a reminder to everyone that lighting fireworks of any kind is NOT permitted anywhere within the Westridge Community.

Patrol Services

Please welcome Supreme Forces Services as the new patrol company effective today April 6, 2018. The new company brings hope for a peaceful and harmonious community.


Architectural Application / Notice of Completion Reminder

Just a friendly reminder that you are required to submit your Architectural Application within the first (6) months from the close of escrow for rear and side yard improvements. Once approved, you can begin work and must have the work completed and submit a notice of completion form (with color photos attached of work completed) for review and approval within the first (12) months of the close of escrow.

Meaning you have (6) months to complete your Application process (including approval) and an additional (6) months to complete the work to your rear and side yard that was approved, then submit your completed Notice of Completion with color photos attached to verify the work that was approved was completed.

Patrol Vendor

The Association has contracted GPIS for patrol services. The agents are on site from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The guard on duty is required to patrol the pool area and the bark park to ensure that the Association rules are being followed. One of the reasons the Board hired GPIS was because they were already onsite, as they also provide service for Pardee on the construction site. If you have any issues at the pool or the bark park, please contact Management at 800-400-2284 and we will request GPIS to provide service.
