REMINDER – Architectural Process

Dear Members,

We wanted to remind you that any Exterior Improvements to your home requires an architectural application to be reviewed and approved by the Associations Architectural Review Committee. Enclosed are the Architectural Guidelines and the Architectural Application required.

Please forward one complete set of the Architectural application (all applicable exhibits), your proposed plans and specifications, submittal fee, along with the following information (if applicable) to the Architectural Review Committee to constitute a complete application:

A) Detailed description of proposed improvements and/or landscaping.

B) Plan (top) view to an accurate scale of all improvements including those required by the Architectural Review Committee pursuant to the Architectural Standards. Show complete overall dimensions of proposed improvement.

C) Location of improvement as it relates to the home and all adjacent property lines, including set back dimensions, if any, including distance from adjacent Lot/Unit and property lines.

D) Description of plant material and all building materials and colors, including brand name and specification name and number, if any. Specify plant variety by common name for trees, shrubs and ground cover. Identify color scheme to be used.

E) Provide any additional appropriate construction details.

F) Provide construction schedule for improvements and/or landscaping.

G) Provide color photos of current condition of the rear, side yard and home. (Once work is completed you will be asked to provide color photos of all improvements to the rear and side yard with completed Notice of Completion form)

**Please note the $125.00 Architectural Fee is a one time fee per home.

Pool/Spa Area Closure

Due to Covid-19 guidelines, the entire pool/spa area including the fire pit and BBQ grills will be off limits and unusable starting December 1, 2020 and will be re-opened again in the spring 2021 season.

Street Sealcoating – June 2nd – June 10th

Please review the attached sealcoat map and the schedule of sealcoating dates below. Please note that when your section of the street is being sealed, there cannot be any traffic on that portion of the street for 24 hours (from 7 am – 7 am the following day). When your street section is being sealed, all vehicles will be required to remain either parked in your garage, driveway, or other sections of the community that are not being sealed on the same day. You will also be permitted to park on the main streets of Tassel and Westridge Way.

Vehicles found parked on the street on the same day as it is being sealcoated will be towed at the owner’s expense at 7:00 am

SEALCOATING DATES:
Tuesday, June 2nd – Hibiscus, Dahlia, Snapdragon, Paxton, and parts of Preston and Carnation.

Wednesday, June 3rd – Parts of Savory, Elderberry, Darmera, Periwinkle, Poinsettia and Gazania.

Monday, June 8th – Payton, Parker, Dandelion, Pansy, and parts of Clover & Preston.

Tuesday, June 9th – Parts of Darmera, Savory, Poinsettia, Gazania and walking path to Starbucks.

Wednesday, June 10th – Pool Parking Lot, Bluebell, Lilac, Lavender, and parts of Gazania, Clover and Carnation.
