Please note that the enforcement of prohibited and commercial/utility vehicles will begin January 1, 2020. Unless a vehicle is deemed as “permitted” in the CC&Rs and new vehicle policy with exceptions, the vehicle will considered to be prohibited and the rules will be enforced. Prohibited vehicles will need to be stored inside your closed garage or offsite.

The Westridge community garage sale will be on Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th from sun up until 5 p.m., each day.
Banners and signage will be posted at the entrances the week prior and will be posted throughout the community. Please remember to keep your personal items for sale on your own driveways or yards and not in the streets or common areas.

What Does Action Property Management Do?
Action handles the day-to-day administrative functions and financial affairs of your Association. They report directly to and work closely with, your Board of Directors. Aurora Collinsworth is your Community Manager and can be reached at acollinsworth@actionlife.com or (800) 400-2284. Your Community Manager prepares for and attends all regular, special and annual meetings. Management also prepares all mailing notices and conducts regular property inspections. Your Association has many vendors that participate in making your community safe and beautiful and your Community Manager interacts with the vendors on behalf of the Board of Directors.
MONTHLY STREET CLEANING
The community streets will be cleaned by a street sweeper every FIRST THURSAY OF EVERY MONTH.
Please make sure to park your vehicles only in your garage or on your driveway on those Thursdays between 8am and 4 pm.
